My friend Mike told me to do it for a school picture one year, and afterwards I thought it was pretty cool... 'cause you know, all those badass sorcerers wear that collars like that... as does Shino... ANYWAY... I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND AT THE TIME PLEASE DON'T JUDGE ME AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH
